You can sleep soundly knowing that your HIBERIS® mattress is warranted against any manufacturing defects, faulty, and material defects.

At HIBERIS® Co., we strive to build products with the highest quality and durability, assuring you comfortable and healthful nights of deep sleep at a fair price, from now and for the years to come!

Why do we offer a 100 Nights Trial Comfort Exchange & Return? Because we strongly believe in our products' quality, design, and craftsmanship.

HIBERIS 100 Nights Trial Comfort Exchange & Return Policy is offered as an additional included service to help our customers decide to purchase their new mattress and guarantee a return if he/she finds the original purchase to be of the wrong comfort level for them.

So, we use only long-lasting, high-quality materials in the fabrication of our products. But we realize that sometimes things can go wrong. Therefore, to protect your investment and help you decide your new purchase, we provide you with a 100 Nights Trial Comfort Exchange & Return Policy and HIBERIS Limited Lifetime Warranty because helping you get better nights of healthy sleep is our satisfaction and commitment.

To protect your best interest and investment, we are proud to provide you along with the product you have just purchased, a 100 Nights of Trial Comfort Exchange & Return Policy.

Please read the following information carefully about the terms and conditions of the 100 Nights of Trial Comfort Exchange & Return Policy of your new products.

We encourage you to keep your proof of purchase documents in a safe place to support the warranty you received with your new products. Your invoice and/or proof of purchase receipt with your name on it is the proof of your purchase to validate the 100 Nights of Trial Comfort Exchange & Return Policy.

Your new mattress is covered with a 100 Nights of Trial Comfort Exchange & Return Policy and a HIBERIS Limited Lifetime Warranty that is not transferable. It valid only for the original purchaser of the mattress from the HIBERIS website or a HIBERIS authorized retailer. The product must be purchased for personal use only, not with the intent to resell the product.

Laws vary from state to state. Although you have specific legal rights under this warranty, you may also have additional rights by state law.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER 100 NIGHTS.

 

NO MEDICAL OR HEALTH CLAIMS

HIBERIS Co. does not make medical or health claims regarding its products over, allergies, discomfort, or other health condition, are not covered under the HIBERIS Limited Lifetime Warranty.

HIBERIS mattress is not sold as a medical device nor a substitute for any medical treatment. HIBERIS makes no claims of the product's effectiveness, while HIBERIS has so many satisfied customers with their products for better performance, fast recovery, and back pain relief. Effectiveness varies from person to person, every person is unique, and their medical needs differ from one to another, even people with the same condition.

HIBERIS mattresses offer a range of health benefits, restful night's sleep, comfort, and better quality of life.

 

MATTRESS SET-UP:

Your mattress was compressed, rolled, and packaged, referred to as a bed-in-a-box, for shipment purposes. 

To prevent structural and/or condensation damage on your new mattress from being packaged for a prolonged period, your new mattress must be opened within two (2) weeks from the delivered date.

To be eligible for a 100 Nights Trial Comfort Exchange & Return Policy and the HIBERIS Limited Lifetime Warranty, you must open your new mattress within two (2) weeks from the date you received it.

 

BREAK-IN ADJUSTMENT PERIOD

The old mattress you've been sleeping on for years has adjusted to your body curve, size, and sleeping positions. Breaking in your news mattress may take some time. Your new mattress will require time and patience to adjust to your body. It may not feel entirely comfortable until the materials have stretched and softened. The materials used in a new mattress are flexible but strong and sometimes rigid. Think of it like buying a new pair of shoes. They might feel uncomfortable at first because the materials have not become flexible and moldable with repeated use. The same principle applies to a bed. A new mattress may not feel entirely comfortable until the materials have stretched and softened.

We encourage you to sleep on your new Hiberis mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow your body for the adjustment period. Although this adjustment period may seem inconvenient when you want to enjoy sleeping on your new mattress right away. You should not judge your new mattress by just a few nights of sleep.

While some users may not feel the difference, this adjustment period on a new mattress could be inconvenient for you, but it is entirely normal. It is common for some users to take weeks or even a month or longer before feeling fully comfortable on their new bed.

HIBERIS mattresses are built with all-natural products such as 100% Natural Latex Foam. These types of mattresses have an elastic feel but still provide excellent back support. A break-in period for these types of mattresses may take a few days, weeks, or over a month, and it may vary from person to person.

The 100 Nights Trial Comfort Exchange & Return Policy is valid only with the original purchaser of the product listed on the original invoice and/or purchase receipt to use the product for personal consumer use, not with the intent to resell the product.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER 100 NIGHTS.

Only ONE (1) mattress return per customer, household, and/or home address. Returns are only valid on your first-time purchase.

If a HIBERIS mattress is returned, that customer and shipping address will not be eligible for additional 100-night trials.

Delivery, mattress removal, and other shipping costs are not refundable.

The 100 Nights Trial Comfort Exchange & Return Policy applies to users who purchased directly from our website and/or our authorized Retailer. All purchases made from Amazon or other Market-place may be subject to different or additional terms and conditions.

Because we cannot handle international shipping and logistics expenses, our 100 Nights Trial Comfort Exchange & Return Policy and the HIBERIS Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only for HIBERIS products sold in the United States of America.

Please note, if you wish to take advantage of the 100 Nights Trial Comfort Exchange & Return Policy of the product you purchased, you must initiate your claim within 100 days from the delivery date.

No Exchange & Return claim will be accepted 100 days after the delivery date.

Before you initiate your claim for the Exchange & Return, we encourage you to sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow your new mattress to break-in and your body to adjust. Any claim for the Exchange & Return can only be requested 30 nights after the delivery date and at least 30 nights after sleeping on your new mattress.

From the date you initiate your claim for the Exchange & Return until the end of the 100 nights trial Comfort period, we will be working on your side to find the right comfort you deserve. We will send you a return shipping label. The return is at your own expense and must be shipped to:

We will take the mattress back and refund your money, less any discount, plus all original shipping costs. We will issue your refund once we have received the returned product or received proof of receipt for a donation of the HIBERIS® mattress to a local Charity and/or Non-Profit Organization. All returned mattresses will likely be donated to a local charity or Non-Profit Organization or ethically recycled.

In compliance with strict national and state bedding laws, HIBERIS® Corporation cannot warranty or exchange a mattress or any accessories stained with blood or bodily fluid, unsanitary conditions, torn, spotted, splotchy, smudgy, foxy, fluid penetration, scratch, tears, or burns. Smoke aroma, odor, animal hair, and/or dirt of unknown origin or nature.

100 Nights Trial Comfort Exchange & Return Policy is not valid for clearance merchandise, floor models, pillows, bedding accessories, power/adjustable bases(bed), furniture, and/or other accessories.      

 

100 Nights Trial Comfort Exchange & Return Policy is not valid for return under the following conditions:

  • All products without a law tag. This includes, but is not limited to, all mattresses, bedsheets, blankets, pillows, mattress protectors, duvets, comforter, power/adjustable bases, bed frame, foundation, furniture, and/or other accessories.
  • Any damage to the mattress due to misuse, physical abuse, neglect, improper environmental conditions, and all items that have been laundered. This included but is not limited to: stained with blood or bodily fluid stains, soiling, fluid penetration, unsanitary conditions, torn, spotted, splotchy, smudgy, foxy, fluid penetration, scratch, tears, burns, cuts smoke aroma, odor, animal hair, and/or dirt of unknown origin or nature.
  • Any damage caused to the mattress associated with the use of an inappropriate or incorrect bed frame or platform.

Please note that customized products, including custom design, colors, sizes, shapes, or custom fabric, are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once ordered.

The products must be returned in good condition and properly packed with a copy of the invoice to receive the refund. If you don't have the original packing, you will be responsible for the new packing cost. In the event of the issuance of a return or replacement of the mattress, you must be the original purchaser and present a copy of your original invoice and/or purchase receipt to determine the date of purchase, price, and original model name.

You will be refunded for the amount you paid on your new mattress (less any discount).

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:

Purchaser shall be responsible for all transportation charges, inspection fees, and removal costs related to the repair or replacement.

ROTATING YOUR MATTRESS

ROTATING YOUR MATTRESS IS IMPORTANT FOR YOUR COMFORT AND HELPS EXTEND THE LIFE OF YOUR NEW HIBERIS MATTRESS.

Your mattress is designed to conform to your body's contours beginning within the first few weeks of use. If you notice impressions, don't worry, this means the system is functioning correctly.

To prevent excess body impressions, you must rotate your mattress:

  • After/on the first month of use (30 days of use), rotate your new mattress.
  • After/on the third month of use, rotate your new mattress again.
  • Repeat this cycle every three months.
