The HIBERIS 100 Nights Trial Comfort Exchange & Return Policy is offered as an additional service to help our customers with their new mattress purchase if they find their original purchase to be of the wrong comfort level.
ONE mattress only returns per customer household and home address. Returns are only valid on your first-time purchase.
Please read carefully the following information related to the terms and conditions of the exchange and refund policy.
Please note that customized products, including custom designs, colors, sizes, shapes, or fabric, are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or exchanged once ordered.
We encourage you to keep your proof of purchase documents safe to support your new products' Warranty. Your name must appear on the invoice or sale receipt; it is the proof of purchase to validate the Exchange & Return Policy and the Limited Warranty coverage.
The 100 Nights Trial Comfort Exchange and Return Policy are warranted against manufacturing defects, faulty craft, and material defects. It runs from the original date of delivery of your mattress. The Exchange and Return Policy is valid only with the original purchaser of the product listed on the original invoice or purchase receipt to use the product for personal consumer use, not with the intent to resell the product.
Your HIBERIS Mattress was compressed, rolled, and packaged, referred to as a bed-in-a-box, for shipment purposes.
To prevent structural and condensation damage on your new mattress from being packaged for a prolonged period, you must open your new mattress within four (4) weeks from the delivery date. To be eligible for the Comfort Exchange & Return Policy and the Limited Warranty, you must open your new mattress within three (4) weeks from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a 100 Nights Trial Comfort Exchange & Return Policy and the Limited Warranty. No Exchange & Return claim will be granted after 100 days of delivery.
You must be the original purchaser from HIBERIS™ or an authorized dealer, and your name must appear on the invoice or purchase receipt.
All purchases made from Amazon or other Marketplace and Retailers may be subject to different or additional terms and conditions.
Because we cannot handle international shipping and logistics expenses, our 100 Nights Trial Comfort Exchange & Return Policy and the Limited Warranty apply only to the products sold in the United States. Please note, if you wish to take advantage of the 100 Nights Trial Comfort Exchange & Return Policy and the Limited Warranty, the product must be in the United States when you return it.
Before you initiate your claim for the Exchange & Return, we encourage you to sleep on it for a minimum of 30 nights to allow your body for the adjustment period.
Your claim for the Exchange & Return can only be accepted 30 nights after the delivery date of your new mattress and proof that you have slept on it for at least 30 nights.
From the date you initiate your claim for the Exchange & Return until the end of 100 nights period of the Comfort Exchange & Return Policy, we will work with you to find the right comfort you deserve. However, if you are still not completely satisfied at the end of 100 nights trial period for comfort exchange, please contact us at support@hiberis.com.
The return is at your own expense, and the product must be shipped to HIBERIS Corporation at 3750 West Colonial Dr. Ste#2 Orlando, FLORIDA 32808
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER 100 NIGHTS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE.
The Exchange & Return Policy is not valid for all clearance merchandise, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, power/adjustable bases(bed), furniture, and other accessories.
100 Nights Trial Comfort Exchange & Return Policy is not valid for return under the below conditions.
- All product without law label(tag) includes, but is not limited to, all mattresses, bed sheets, blankets, pillows, mattress protectors, duvets, comforter, power/adjustable bases, bed frame, foundation, furniture, and other accessories.
- All damaged items because of misuse, physical abuse, neglect, improper environmental conditions, and all items that have been laundered. Including but not limited to; stained with blood or bodily fluid stains, soiling, fluid penetration, unsanitary conditions, torn, spotted, splotchy, smudgy, foxy, fluid penetration, scratch, tears, burns, cuts, smoke aroma, odor, animal hair or dirt of unknown origin or nature.
- Any damage caused to the mattress associated with the use of an inappropriate or incorrect bed frame
- Customized products, including custom design, colors, sizes, shapes,s or custom fabric, are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once ordered.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:
All transportation charges, inspection fees, and removal costs related to the repair or replacement.
All products must be returned in appropriate packaging with a copy of the original invoice or purchase receipt. You will be responsible for the new packing cost if you don't have the original.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
CANCELATION OF NEW ORDERS: (Refunds)
If you purchased a mattress at the HIBERIS™ website and changed your mind or realized you made a mistake at checkout, you can only cancel your order within 24 hours.
“HIBERIS™ WILL ACCEPT NO ORDER CANCELATION AFTER 24 hs”.
All HIBERIS™ mattresses are made to order. Please contact our customer service at support@hiberis.com as soon you decide to cancel your order, and let us know that you wish to cancel your order; You must provide your name, address, email, and explanation for the cancellation. If approved, you will receive your refund within 7 to 14 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

100 NIGHTS TRIAL EXCHANGE/RETURN REFUNDS:
Your claim for the Exchange & Return can only be accepted 30 nights after the delivery date of your new mattress and proof that you have slept on it for at least 30nights.
To be eligible for a return and refund, you must present a copy of your original invoice or purchase receipt to determine your name, date of purchase, price, and original model name.
The Return/Refund Policy is valid only with the original purchaser of the product listed on the original invoice or purchase receipt with the intent to use the product for personal consumer use, not with the intent to resell the product.
The Return/Refund Policy will be terminated if the original purchaser sells or assigns ownership of the mattress to another.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:
The customer will be responsible for the new packing cost and all transportation charges, inspection fees, and removal costs related to the repair or replacement.
All products must be returned in appropriate packaging with a copy of the invoice.
Refunds – Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you if the item does not meet the qualifications for a refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive your refund within 7 to 14 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER 100 NIGHTS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE.

HIBERIS™ is unable to warranty or Exchange/Return/Refund a mattress or any accessories if there is evidence of damage, physical abuse, or neglect, including but not limited to: improper environmental conditions, blood or bodily fluid, or other fluids, stains, soiling, folds, unsanitary conditions, torn, footprints, spotted, splotchy, smudgy, foxy, fluid penetration, scratch, tears, burns, cuts, rodents, insect damage or other infestation, smoke aroma, odor, signs of jumping on the bed, damage from weather or sun exposure or unknown dirt origin or nature. Any of the situations above may result in damage that will invalidate your warranty.
RIGHTS UNDER STATE LAW
THIS EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. HOWEVER, YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE DEPENDING ON EACH STATE’S LAWS. THIS EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY IS EXTENDED ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER FROM HIBERIS™ OR ITS AUTHORIZED DEALERS. THE DURATION OF ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS. SO, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
For the health and safety of those who handle the mattress for disposal, HIBERIS™ may refuse to inspect the mattress or assess whether it is covered by the warranty if there is found evidence of an unsanitary condition; this may include but is not limited to the damage, abuse, neglect, blood or bodily fluid stains, soiling of unknown origin or nature, liquid penetration or other abuse.
MAKING A CLAIM
TO MAKE A VALID CLAIM UNDER THIS RETURN/REFUND POLICY,
The customer must make a valid claim under this Return/Refund Policy by contacting our customer service at support@hiberis.com. You must include a brief narrative describing the defect and how it affects the mattress’s performance. You also must provide valid proof demonstrating the date of purchase and that the claimant is the original purchaser and still possesses the mattress.
- Provide photographic evidence of the law tag evidencing that the law tag remains on the bed and has not been altered.
- Provide sufficient photos of the defect if you believe it would help us understand its nature or upon HIBERIS Corp’s request.
- Please send all requested documentation to support@hiberis.com.
You are responsible for submitting your claim with sufficient supporting documentation.
IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, HIBERIS™ reserves the right to require more photographs, further information, or descriptions or to send a representative or independent mattress inspector at your cost to physically inspect the mattress before accepting your claim under this Exchange & Return Policy.
HIBERIS™ may void your Exchange & Return Policy if you refuse to cooperate with our investigation, provide adequate responses to our requests, or comply with any provision of this Exchange & Return Policy.
